Our goal and mission is to raise awareness of prediabetes and help people reverse this condition, which affects 1 out of 3 American adults. We utilize pharmacy students and licensed pharmacists — plus other healthcare professionals — to encourage individuals and families to take a FREE 1-minute risk test.
We dispense care, compassion, and empathy — plus natural lifestyle and wellness solutions instead of prescriptions — while educating patients on ways to have a better quality of life.

Prediabetes is a condition where blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not high enough for a type 2 diabetes diagnosis. The DPP is a CDC-certified, evidence-based lifestyle change program proven to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes by 58% (71% for adults over 60). It covers healthy eating, physical activity, and stress management over a 12-month structured program. Our digital version delivers all the same benefits via telehealth.
All DiaBuddy care plans are delivered digitally via our telehealth platform — RemoteCare / AnyWhere. You receive weekly modules, coaching sessions, and personalized plans electronically. No office visits required. Access your care plan from anywhere, anytime.
Our team includes licensed pharmacists, pharmacy students (under mentorship), and other healthcare professionals. We believe in dispensing care, compassion, and empathy — along with natural lifestyle and wellness solutions — instead of prescriptions.
We offer three tiers based on program duration: 30-Day plans start at $29 (DRA, PRC, DPP), 60-Day plans range from $29–$59 (HHP, FHP, HWP), and 90-Day plans are $89 (WLR-EN, WLR-ES, CCM). Our DPP is available at $29/month.
The DiaBuddy Service Provider (DSP) Course is a non-accredited Certification Program for healthcare professionals and pharmacy leaders. It's a self-paced online course that develops skills in digital health, wellness coaching, and patient engagement. The cost is $129/month — cancel anytime.
